A bent frame is not automatically the end of a vehicle. We measure the body on a computerized laser measuring system, then pull it back to specification on our unibody and frame straightening racks. Measuring first is what tells you whether the car can be brought back to a straight, safe ride.
That is what the computerized paint mixing and color matching bench is for. Paint fades with age and sun, so the match is made against your vehicle as it is today rather than against the factory code alone, then baked on in our downdraft booth.
A downdraft booth pulls air and overspray downward and away from the wet panel while the finish is baked on. That is how you get a hard, even, dust free finish instead of one with debris caught in the clear coat.
Yes. Hail is common in eastern Iowa. Depending on how deep the dents are and whether the paint is broken, we either use paintless dent repair to work the metal back from behind or refinish the panel.
