What happens when you come in.

You do not need to call ahead or book a slot to have your vehicle looked at. Drive it in, or have it towed to 815 3rd St SE, and a technician will walk out, look over the damage with you and write up an estimate. Bring your insurance information if the damage is from an accident, and if you have photos of how the vehicle looked before the damage happened, those help with paint and trim matching too.

That measurement is what tells us how far out of spec the frame has drifted and exactly which parts and pulls will bring it back to true, rather than guessing by eye and ordering parts that turn out to be the wrong ones. For paint and body work, the same principle applies: we match color against your car as it looks today, not just the factory code, before anything goes into the downdraft booth.
